About these T&Cs
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the #PoweredBySolarEurope campaign (“the Campaign”) organised by Solar Europe (Pty) Ltd (“Solar Europe”). By submitting your project details, photographs, or any related material (“Submission”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Campaign is open to EPCs, installers, and contractors who have completed solar installations using products supplied by Solar Europe.

By participating, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share the materials submitted.

Participants must provide project details, photographs, and any relevant information as requested on the official submission form.

All photographs and videos submitted must be original, lawful, and free of any third-party copyright restrictions.

Submissions containing offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content will not be accepted.

By submitting any material, you grant Solar Europe (Pty) Ltd a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, and non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and publish the material for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.

Solar Europe may use the Submission in current or future marketing campaigns, both digital and print, without further consent or compensation.

You retain ownership of your submitted content but acknowledge that Solar Europe may use it indefinitely for promotional purposes.

Solar Europe will make reasonable efforts to credit the submitting company or installer in featured posts or materials.

However, Solar Europe cannot guarantee that attribution will appear in every instance of usage.

Solar Europe shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from participation in this Campaign or from the use or publication of submitted materials.

Participants acknowledge that publication or non-publication of submissions is at Solar Europe’s sole discretion, and no claims, compensation, or disputes shall arise from such decisions.

Solar Europe accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, data loss, or submission errors encountered during participation.

Personal information provided will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Campaign and future marketing communications relevant to Solar Europe.

Participants’ information will not be sold or shared with third parties unrelated to Solar Europe’s operations.

Participants’ information may be shared with third parties related to Solar Europe’s operations.

Solar Europe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

Any updates or amendments to these Terms will be published on the official Solar Europe website and will take immediate effect.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
